A regulated financial adviser charges for a personal recommendation on a product, a written suitability report and any ongoing service. Ask any adviser for their fees in writing before you start. Our guide to finding a financial adviser explains how advisers charge, and financial coach vs financial adviser sets out which one you need.
That depends on whether you have done the work already. The information a coach uses is free from MoneyHelper, and you could work through it with a spreadsheet. A session adds a deadline and a person to report back to. If you have meant to sort your money out for a while, a £39 session ending in one agreed action is a small test.
The £39 Healthcheck session is waived for Buzz Accounting clients. The Money Road Map is £399 whether or not you are a Buzz Accounting client.
Single sessions are paid when you book. The £69 coaching plan is paid monthly by Direct Debit and you can cancel any time.
Coaching fees are the only money we take from a coaching client. If we introduce you to Equity & General and you become their client, E&G pay us a commission, and we tell you before the introduction. An introduction is always optional.
It is a different piece of work. The Money Road Map covers the next twelve months. The Financial Plan at Buzz Financial Planning models every year of your life to age 100 with tax applied, and answers whether your money lasts.
Coaching is not regulated financial advice. Choosing a pension, an investment, a mortgage or a protection policy is regulated advice, and Buzz Money Coach is not authorised to give it. If you want a recommendation we can introduce you to Equity & General, who are authorised by the FCA.
