Can you tell me which pension or investment to choose?
No — that is regulated financial advice and we are not authorised to give it, in an email or anywhere else. Ask anyway. Many questions that look like advice questions are not: "should I overpay the mortgage or save" is usually arithmetic, and "is my pension enough" is a modelling question before it is an advice one. We will tell you which yours is, at no charge. If it genuinely needs a regulated recommendation, we say so and connect you with Buzz Financial Services, who advise under their own permissions — and we take no commission or referral fee for doing it, so there is nothing in it for us either way.
I am struggling with debt — can you help?
Not with debt solutions, and please do not wait on our reply. If you are missing payments, using credit to cover food or bills, or getting letters from creditors, contact StepChange or National Debtline today. Both are free, independent and specialist, and they can negotiate with creditors and arrange formal solutions such as a debt management plan or an IVA. We do none of that and are not permitted to advise on it. Coaching is genuinely useful afterwards, once the immediate pressure is off and the question becomes how to stop it happening again. Sending you to them costs us a customer and is still the right answer.
Do you charge for an initial conversation?
No. Asking a question by email or WhatsApp costs nothing, and you get a real answer rather than a link to a booking page. Everything we do charge for is priced on the site: the Financial Freedom Score is free, the Financial Health Check is £39 and free for Buzz Accounting clients, the Financial Roadmap is £299, the Life Plan is £750, and ongoing coaching is from £39 a session. Nothing is quoted after a discovery call and nothing arrives as a surprise. If the honest answer to your question is that you do not need us, that is what you will be told, and it will still be free.
How quickly will I hear back, and who from?
Usually within one working day, from a coach rather than an autoresponder. It is Andy or Peter reading it — there is no support desk in between, which is why replies land in working hours rather than instantly. You can email hello@buzzmoneycoach.com, use the form on this page, or message 07457 428643 on WhatsApp, which is quickest if your question is short. If you would rather skip the messages entirely, the booking link gives you a session slot directly. If a week goes by and you have heard nothing, send it again — it will have gone astray rather than been ignored.
What should I not put in this form?
Account numbers, passwords, card details, National Insurance numbers and medical details. None of it is needed to answer an enquiry and an email inbox is the wrong place for any of it — we will ask for what we genuinely need later, in the right place. For the Health Check that means a read-only bank connection you authorise on your bank's own website, never credentials sent to us. Nobody from Buzz will ever email you asking for a banking password. A few lines is plenty to start with: what prompted you to get in touch, and what you would like to be different.
I am a Buzz Accounting client — is anything different?
Yes, so say so in your message. The £39 Financial Health Check is free to every Buzz Accounting client, and the £299 Financial Roadmap is included on selected packages — ask us to check yours before you pay, because we would rather look it up than refund you afterwards. If you are not sure which package you are on, we can tell you in a minute. Buzz Money Coach is a trading style of Buzz Money Ltd, a separate business that works alongside Buzz Accounting — so if you want your accountant and your coach to share information, tell us and we will ask you first.
Can I just book a session instead of messaging?
Yes. The booking link on this page takes you straight to a session time and skips the exchange of messages, which makes sense if you already know what you want to talk about. Coaching sessions are £39, 45 minutes and one to one. If it is the Financial Health Check you want, start on the health check page instead, because you connect your accounts first so your coach has your figures ready before you meet.
