Buzz Money Coach coaches business owners on their own money: what the household needs the business to pay you, the reserves you hold personally, and what retirement or a sale has to deliver. Sessions are online and one to one, from £39. Coaching is not regulated financial advice.
Your accountant looks after the left-hand side. Coaching works on the right-hand side, starting from the money that crosses between them.

Owners taking dividends without knowing what the household needed.
One of the personal questions Buzz Accounting kept hearing, from why Buzz Money Coach exists.
A company can have tidy accounts and a healthy bank balance while its owner has no idea what their own household costs to run. The amount you take out may have been set by habit or by last year's tax bill.
Coaching starts with that figure. Your coach works out what the household needs each month after tax, using the free Healthcheck on your personal bank account, and the two or three goals that matter most to you. Your accountant can then set your pay to deliver it. How much should I pay myself from my business? works through an example.
Business Pulse from Buzz Accounting covers the company's own numbers: budgets, cash flow forecasts and regular reviews of how the business is doing.
Buzz Coaching offers one-to-one business coaching for owners on leadership, growth and the business itself.
If your income from the business goes up and down, budgeting with an irregular income sets out a monthly pay you can live on.

Yes. Your accounts tell you what the company did last year and what it owes HMRC. Coaching looks at the household: whether your pension is heading where you want it, whether you would cope if you could not work for six months, and what the money leaving the business is for. If your accountant is another firm, you keep them.
That split is a tax question for your accountant, and Buzz Accounting does it for its clients. Coaching works out the monthly figure your household needs after tax, which is the number your accountant works back from. For 2026/27 the dividend allowance is £500, and dividends above it are taxed at 10.75%, 35.75% or 39.35% depending on your tax band.

Your household spending, what you take from the business each month and how regular it is, and the two or three goals that matter most. Bring a rough figure for each and your coach helps fill the gaps. Sessions are online and one to one with Andy Jackson or Peter Allen, who founded Buzz.
